'one on one' and small group training. Each training session
follows a proven methodology that focuses on the
fundamentals of successful goalkeeping strategies.

Training content:
Increased Dexterity Skillsets
Exceptional Eye-Hand and Foot coordination is
essential for overall peak performance.
Better Ball Handling
Catching the ball while standing, diving, moving,
even while falling are all parts of the game that are
integrated into trainings.
Improved Flexibility & Range of Motion
Maintaining and optimizing muscle length, strength,
and recovery time will improve a GK's level of play.
Correct Footwork Application
Knowing when and where to move is another
critical component broken down at training
into simple easy-to-follow steps.
Improved Decision Making Abilities
Should I stay or Should I go? Dive or Step? Catch or Punch?
These questions and more are answered with deliberate
Drills and game-like scenarios.
Improved Ball Distribution / Kicking & Throwing
Where and how to distribute the ball properly are
specialties that can make or break a team. SSGA
trainings intoduce and improve upon multiple modes
of ball delivery.

Aademy Training is delivered every Wednesday and Friday at Pleasantview Elementary. Each week trainings are focused on a specific skillset and follow a 4 week repeating cycle begining the first week
